fitroomus (fitroomus.com, app.fitroomus.com and the Android app) is an AI product-image service for clothing sellers, operated by UANK – fitroomus (tax office: Sultanbeyli, tax no. 30274774666; Eğitim Mah. Rüzgar Sokak No:40/4, Kadıköy, İstanbul, Türkiye), the data controller ("we"). This policy explains which personal data we process and why, in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
1. Data we process
- Account data: name, e-mail address, and your Google account ID if you sign in with Google; your password only in irreversibly hashed form.
- Images you upload (garment photos) and the images we generate from them.
- On the free preview page (without an account): the one garment photo you upload, its watermarked preview, and your IP address for the daily try limit.
- Billing details you enter for invoices (name or company name, address, phone; tax or ID number if you give it) and payment records (pack, amount, currency, date, status, the consent you give on the payment page). Card details are processed by iyzico (web) or Google Play (Android app); we never see or store them.
- Technical data for security and operation: IP address, browser information, logs.
- Only with your consent: Meta Pixel cookie IDs (_fbp, _fbc), events (page view, preview, sign-up, purchase) and an irreversibly hashed (SHA-256) form of your e-mail address, for measuring our ads.
For visit statistics we keep only anonymous counters: event name, ad source and country code. These contain no cookies, IP addresses or user IDs.
2. Why we process it
- To create and run your account and generate the images you request (performance of a contract).
- To create the single free watermarked preview you ask for before signing up (steps directly related to entering into a contract).
- To take payments, add credits, handle refunds and issue invoices (contract and legal obligations).
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse, e.g. repeated free trials (legitimate interest).
- To measure our advertising, only if you accept cookies (explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
3. Free preview without an account
The photo you upload on the free "try" page is sent to our AI providers abroad (Google Gemini; if needed OpenAI or FASHN AI) to create one watermarked preview. The photo and the preview are deleted automatically after 2 days; if you sign up within that time, the same photo can be used for your 4-pose pack. By uploading, you confirm that you have the right to use the image. A daily try limit per IP address prevents abuse.
4. Who receives it
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers we need to run the service:

5. International transfers
Our providers process data in several countries, including Germany, France, Ireland, the United States and Türkiye. Transfers abroad are made under Article 9 of the KVKK: for regular transfers to our providers on the basis of the standard contracts announced by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board, and for incidental transfers because they are necessary to perform our contract with you or with your explicit consent. Transfers to Meta are based only on the consent you give in the cookie banner and stop when you withdraw it.
6. How long we keep it
- Raw photos uploaded in the app: 30 minutes.
- Generated packs, images, videos and edits: 30 days, then deleted automatically.
- Free background-removal tool images: 2 hours.
- Free preview photo and preview (without an account): 2 days.
- Account data: until you delete your account; on deletion your name, e-mail, password, Google ID and images are deleted at once.
- Payment and invoice records (the name or company name, address, tax/ID number and amount on issued invoices) and consent records: 10 years under the Turkish Tax Procedure Law, even after the account is deleted.
- An irreversible hash of your e-mail address, to prevent repeated free trials: indefinitely (the address cannot be recovered from it).
- Logs: up to 2 years.
7. Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies (session, language, your cookie choice) and, only if you click "Accept" in the cookie banner, the Meta Pixel. "Accept" and "Decline" are offered equally. Details: Cookie Policy.
8. Your rights
You can ask whether we process your data and for information about it, the purpose of processing and the recipients in Türkiye or abroad; ask for correction or deletion and for these to be notified to recipients; object to a result that is against you and based solely on automated processing; claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing; and withdraw consent at any time (cookie choices: "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of the site or Settings in the app). If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK you may also contact your data protection authority. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account (details in Turkish).

Language
This document is a translation of the Turkish original. In case of any conflict between the language versions, the Turkish version prevails.
