Distance Sales Contract

This contract sets out the rights and obligations of the parties, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of the digital "AI image-generation credit" pack ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller's website app.fitroomus.com.

3. Nature of the service

The product sold is not a physical good; it is a digital credit balance added to the Buyer's account and usable for AI image generation on the platform. 1 credit = 1 pack (the same AI model in 4 poses) plus one 8-second silent AI video of the model moving. The credit balance is added to the Buyer's account immediately after the payment is confirmed. Credits can also be used in the Product Studio: 1 credit makes 4 product images from a photo of a non-clothing product (plus an 8-second silent product video with purchased credits); with a logo, +1 credit adds 6 brand identity designs (shopping bag, business card, product box, shop sign, letterhead and envelope, social media post).

4. Price and payment

For buyers outside Türkiye, prices are shown in US dollars: Starter (10 credits) $16.99, Growth (50 credits) $74.90, Professional (200 credits) $119. These sales are an export of services, so no Turkish VAT is charged and the price shown is the total amount. The country is determined from the IP address at checkout. Web payments are collected by credit or debit card through the iyzico secure payment system; purchases in the Android app are collected by Google Play, where Google, as the seller of record, applies the price, currency and taxes. Card details are not stored by the Seller.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, for digital content and services performed instantly in electronic form, the right of withdrawal cannot be used if the Buyer expressly agrees in advance that performance begins and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal will be lost. The Buyer gives this consent by ticking the checkbox on the payment page; the consent record is kept together with the payment record. The 14-day full refund for credits that have not been used at all, described in the Pre-Information Form, remains available. If the credit balance has been used even partly, there is no right of withdrawal.

6. Settlement of disputes

This contract is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Within the monetary limits set each year by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, the consumer arbitration committees, and above those limits the consumer courts, have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this contract, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the Buyer's country of residence.
