Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of fitroomus.com, app.fitroomus.com and the Android app. By creating an account you accept them. The service is provided by UANK – fitroomus (tax office: Sultanbeyli, tax no. 30274774666), Eğitim Mah. Rüzgar Sokak No:40/4, Kadıköy, İstanbul, Türkiye.

1. The service

fitroomus turns your garment photos into AI model images and cut-out product images. Because images are generated by AI, we cannot guarantee that every detail of the product is reproduced exactly; please check the images before you use them to sell.

2. Your account

• You need a valid e-mail address. You are responsible for keeping your login safe.
• New accounts receive 2 free packs once per e-mail address after verification. Opening several accounts to collect them is not allowed; such credits may be removed.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

3. What you upload

• Upload only photos of products you have the right to sell or use.
• Do not upload others' trademarks, logos or copyrighted content without permission.
• Do not upload images showing real people's faces or identity, nudity, violence or anything unlawful.
• Photos are processed only to create the images you ask for and may be sent to our AI providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI, FASHN AI). See the Privacy Policy.

4. Using the images

You may use the images you create commercially to promote your own products on marketplaces, your website and social media. The models are generated by AI and are not real people. Any legal duty to disclose AI-generated images in your ads is yours.

5. Credits and payment

Images are paid for with credits (1 credit = 1 pack: the same AI model in 4 poses). Prices for buyers outside Türkiye: Starter (10 credits) $16.99, Growth (50) $74.90, Professional (200) $259.90, with no Turkish VAT (export of services). Credits do not expire. Web payments are processed by iyzico and purchases in the Android app by Google Play. Unused credit packs can be fully refunded within 14 days of purchase. Sales are governed by the Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Contract. If a pack fails for a technical reason without producing any image, the credit is refunded automatically.

6. Misuse

We may suspend or close accounts that overload the service with automated tools, try to bypass security measures or break these terms.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interruptions not caused by our fault, for indirect damages, or for the consequences of how you use the generated images. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

8. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country. Questions: support@fitroomus.com.

Language

This document is a translation of the Turkish original. In case of any conflict between the language versions, the Turkish version prevails.
