Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, please read the following information before you buy a credit pack.

2. Main characteristics of the service

What you buy is a digital image-generation credit added to your account at app.fitroomus.com. 1 credit = 1 pack: from one garment photo, the same AI model is shown wearing your product in 4 poses, plus an 8-second silent vertical AI video of the model moving (the "High accuracy" option uses 2 credits). The video is included only in packs made with purchased credits, not in the free trial packs. Credits do not expire. New accounts receive 2 free packs after e-mail verification. Generated images are stored for 30 days; please download them within that period. Credits can also be used in the Product Studio: 1 credit makes 4 product images from a photo of a non-clothing product (plus an 8-second silent product video with purchased credits); with a logo, +1 credit adds 6 brand identity designs (shopping bag, business card, product box, shop sign, letterhead and envelope, social media post).

3. Prices

Sales to buyers outside Türkiye are an export of services, so no Turkish VAT is charged; the price shown is the total amount you pay. Your country is determined from your IP address at checkout; buyers in Türkiye see prices in Turkish lira including VAT. The amount shown on the payment page is binding. There are no shipping or extra fees; your card issuer may charge its own currency conversion fee. For purchases made with Google Play in the Android app, Google, as the seller of record, sets and collects the price, currency and any taxes.

4. Payment and delivery

Web payments are made by credit or debit card through the iyzico secure payment system; the Seller does not store card details. In the Android app, payment is taken by Google Play. Credits are added to your account electronically as soon as the payment is confirmed; there is no physical delivery.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied instantly in electronic form if you expressly agree in advance that performance begins and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal. This consent is given with the checkbox on the payment page.

Nevertheless, for credit packs that have not been used at all, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by writing to support@fitroomus.com. Refunds are made in the same currency (USD) to the card used, via iyzico, within 10 business days at the latest. Refunds for Google Play purchases follow Google Play's refund policy and can be requested from Google Play or from us.

6. Technical problems

If a pack fails for a technical reason without producing any image, the credit spent is refunded automatically.

7. Complaints and disputes

You can send complaints to the contact details above. This contract is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; Turkish consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
